As part of the ERA Chair Foodomics project (Horizon Europe, GA-101186975), Prof. Dr. Urška Vrhovšek and Prof. Dr. Nataša Poklar Ulrih from the Centre for Metabolomics in Food and Nutrition, Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana, will participate in the AGRA SRIP HRANA fair on Wednesday, 27 August 2025.
The event will take place at the AGRA 2025 International Agricultural and Food Fair in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia.
Prof. Dr. Vrhovšek will present the ERA Chair Foodomics project and the vision for establishing a Centre for Food and Nutrition Metabolomics at the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana, which will become a key hub for research in food, health, and nutrition metabolomics.
