Biten\u010deve dneve hrane z naslovom <strong>Kaj bomo jedli jutri &#8211; hrana v trajnostnih prehranskih sistemih<\/strong>. Ugledni strokovnjaki bodo predstavili podro\u010dja sodobnih tehnologij pridelave, predelave, konzerviranja, pakiranja in skladi\u0161\u010denja hrane, s poudarkom na trajnostnih prehranskih sistemih. Letos mineva 50 let od organizacije prvega dogodka, katerega temeljno poslanstvo je seznaniti diplomante in doktorske \u0161tudente \u017eivilstva ter druge strokovnjake, ki se poklicno ukvarjajo s \u017eivilstvom in prehrano, z najnovej\u0161imi znanstvenimi spoznanji in dose\u017eki na omenjenem podro\u010dju. <\/p>\n<p>Franc Biten\u010d je bil slovenski profesor in strokovnjak na podro\u010dju \u017eivilstva. Po njegovi smrti so dogodek &#8220;Dnevi hrane&#8221; v njegovo \u010dast preimenovali v &#8220;Biten\u010devi dnevi hrane&#8221; (B\u017dD), s \u010dimer so priznali njegov pomemben prispevek k razvoju \u017eivilstva v Sloveniji. <\/p>\n<p>Oddelek za \u017eivilstvo in tehnologijo Biotehni\u0161ke fakultete Univerze v Ljubljani organizira tradicionalne 32.
